Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms felt a little dark and cramped, although they were spotlessly clean and the presence of a bath was a plus after a long day of hill walking. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially towards our furry companion, but there was room for improvement in certain areas. The location was excellent for exploring the beautiful Malvern Hills on foot, with knowledgeable staff to assist. The dining options ranged from chaotic to top-notch, offering a variety that could be hit or miss. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet with a nice view over the village, but they felt cold in the morning due to the early turn off of the heating system. The hotel itself was tiny and very dated, especially the bathroom, furniture, and décor. Despite this, the room was very comfortable and offered a nice view over the extensive garden towards the Malvern Hills.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The lack of a wardrobe in the room might have been inconvenient for longer stays, but the bed was cozy and the room surprisingly quiet. However, the blinds could have been better at blocking out street light at night.
